And remember even if your nec isn't hurting, it can take up to two weeks to develop, you are having trouble sleeping, and keep a diary of everything that happens, ie phone calls to insurance, who you spoke to, when you have been to the doctors what / if you have been taing any painkillers for the injuries caused by the accident. Trust me it will help out in a personal injury claim
