Basically the network card drives which are built into Linux are very unstable and for some reason the card kept putting its self into a down state which is what first caused the issue. This caused some problems backing up the site as when I was transfering all the data the connection kept droping due to the network card issue explained above. I did manage to back things up to the secondary hard drive and then done a complete operating system reinstall on the master hard drive.
The server now has brand spanking new up to date latest release network card drives and I have noticed much better connectivity. This did not just affect KOD but a few of my other customers too.
If you notice any issues let me know but things should now be stable from this point forward we just had some teething issues with the new server.
