I do rather butterscotch colour leather But I dont have that deeper pockets.

Other problem being, ivory/creme/white in my car with me being a mechanic and all = filth lol

TBH drew you cant beat a mint rainbow recaro interior for a MK2 imo.

A fairly neutral colour like beige, ivory.

Though alex is right mustard could be cool, or a kind of burnt orange colour would be cool
