Thats some plaster dust, going to crack on with it in a bit, need to pop out and get some engine degreaser in a bit :D .

i didnt really do much mikey, may pop over weekend think im with the mrs tho.

It should be a fairly simple afair, got to change the front subframe as i've got a vr one, might get cracking tomorrow.

best way to do it is to use the engine crane to hold up the shell, using that front crosssmember, and roll out the subframe with brakes, wheels, hubs, suspension still attached.

if you want something to take the weight of the shell, get hold of me today i have 2 new hardwood sleepers that you can sit under the bulkhead just in case.

OR i can axle stand the front end, drop old subframe, slide new under and lift the new subframe with the crane.

Sounds like a simpler idea than the wd40 on brakes idea, or whatever he said.
