hi im 17 and looking to do up my red mark 4 golf 1.6 sport im 17 and jus woundering if anyone has any ideas

hi mate welcome, i would say coilovers to start with then if your on a budget try ebay or edition38 for some bargain wheels then do a home refurb jobby. I would go for 17's be for super lowness or 18's if you want more goumd clearance. Put some pics up

then a nice set of wheels, not hellfrauds specials...

Anything that CAN'T be purchased from Halfrauds, if you lower too much on the Mk4 you have to change the front arb (from memory) so watch out for that if you are on a budget, FK coily's will slam the shit out of it

wheels and suspension make the biggest visual impact but out of the two I would probably lower it first.

Welcome mate! Yeah get it slammed on some coilies and then get wheel shopping. Have you checked out www.edition38.co.uk/forums ? Loads of good stuff on there for inspiration and for sale

welcome , as eveyrone else says , lower it first then get some wheels . Edition is full of bargains at the minute
