another idea, IF people cant/dont want to drive, could they chip in on fuel costs for whoever they are car sharing with?

Thats not a bad shout mate, could leave proper early friday morning, get a early morning ferry, drive up there, drop stuff off in hotel, maybe a quick kip. Hit up the dam for a evening and late night session, back to the hotel for a lie in, maybe explore leiden and do cars on the saturday, Show Sunday and then gentle drive home in the eve.

Kinda sounds very rushed like that though is the only down point, I do want to be able to relax somewhat.

Agree with drew like to chill maybe for a day take in the sights etc lol but just on the experiance tbh as long as we don't speed off and lose each other lol

I would of loved to do this if i had the spare cash .

Also alex not being tight here, but if any does get a lift with me then we ARE splitting fuel costs, thats pretty standard on that kind of distance to be honest

whic is why i propose we travel to holland thursday and have a chilled night in a local bar, friday hit the dam, saturday is cleaning day, sumday is show day, and monday travel home.

4 nights...

also have remembered a few more things... will add them.

Thats cool Alex, I was thinking along the same sort of lines but less paying for hotels lol. Just makes for a bit of a long haul on the drivers though so its probally for the better to stay the extra nights.

yeah, i dont wanna get up at silly o clock friday morning for a before noon ferry, drive to holland, unload then do a night out, i wouldnt enjoy it...

and after the show sunday i'll just wanna chill/go out, not drive all the way home, plus sunday ferries are busy!
