After some time on drew's driveway yesterday, we think we found the main culprit. The hose off the hardpipe to the intercooler was sliding off at only 6 psi 
on jubilee later and we have good holding BOOST!!!

My neighbours are probably unhappy at all the reving of that car to get some boost to find the leak lol
