got tons done but nothing worth showing, but i did get something special through the post.

These are the 81.5mm 16v pistons for the block.

I have started to mod the interior too, tweeter builds.

Got some more bits powdercoated

also got he under car heat shields powdercoated and re-applied the edging tape and repaired the insulation.

also collected the bonnet and front bumper from the painter

this is my living room HAHA

here's the spare room

I'm also rebuilding the rear beam in the living room 8)

put refurbed ABS ring onto the disc along woth new bearings

Bolted the new stub axle to the beam with new bolts and washers, New splash sheilds, new metal ring, cleaned ABS gutters, new ABS sensor wires.

Then bolted it all up with refurb'd caliper carriers and new bolts.

Bought a load of new parts from VW......again, but the most interesting part was this.

BRAND NEW CHROME REAR BADGE

Also fitted ABS unit, pedal box, steering column, Washer tank reservoir, header tank, PAS bottle and new heater blower foliage grill.

Also lined the tunnel area with heat reflective sheet.
