physically, 1.8t engines are no bigger than 1.8/2.0 blocks, but choice of turbo and manifold affects bulkhead clearence. The 20VT in my Ibiza uses VR6 mounts and a G60 gearbox mount, which are MK2 friendly. Not sure about MK4/TT/Leon sourced engines.
