Be fine, best bet would be a 1.8t, been done before.

Need bigger brakes etc..... so would have to run 18'' wheels real, you wont be low.

Pop on edition some dude on there has it in his white 9n polo.

you will have to upgrade EVERYTHING. you'll be better off starting with a 6n2 GTI and selling the engine, loom, gearbox and brakes as a conversion, then slotting in a complete 20vt or pdTDI, with bigger brakes.

LOTS of work.

for you, the best thing you could do is get a written off mk3 ibiza cupra, everythign bolts onto the 6n2 shell...

^that too.

@ jarrod, if you want more power, why not track down a 9n GT TDI and map it or hybrid turbo?

IMO not worth it cost of getting the parts storing times cars off road when you can just get a bigger engine not worth it ESP with newer cars then got hassel of log book change insurance testing ? Then there's always relibility if not done by a pro in my mk3 quote for a 1.8t labour wise was like 2k that's without engine labour ect there was pro job selling for 3-4 k catch my drift
