as my gearbox is now gettin rebuilt, im putting a new clutch and release bearing on the car cos thts been noisy since i got my car, just wanna know if any1 highly rates a particular make i dont mind the cost would appreciate the advice cheers:D

Just go for a decent uprated one mate, a lot people like the SACHS ones aswell for a good quality standard spec one.

Can't go wrong with either LUK or SACHS.

Have an LUK in my VR and i've given it a pasting on a fair few occasions since fitting it and ney bother at all.

Had a SACHS one in my Polo GT and same story there, solid.

Helix for uprated but really no point unless your running big power, plan to run big power or dont' drive it too frequently.

Will just become annoying otherwise.

cheers for th advice guys i was thnking sachs and i was trying to justify gettting a exedy stage 1 race clutch but all i do on the odd ocasion is race some noob in a saxo vts or down the strip at the pod lol so i think i mite go with a saschs kit it probs last me until the engine needs new internals lol cheers anywayz guys cant wait till all the shows start coming around again so i can come along in my(non standard) polo lol planning to get supersport coilovers around £300
get fk spacers 30mm set front and back
and then if ive got some moneys left afetr christmas get my bmc cda induction kit and then my full stainless steel janspeed system:P
